Question of the day: who’s scarier Rudy or Huckabee?

Let’s pretend you were faced with the unimaginable horror of actually having to choose between Rudy Giuliani and Mike Huckabee for president: who would you choose — the dictatorial ex-mayor or the theocratic (if “lovable”) ex-governor?
Speaking for myself, I think Rudy is by far the scarier of the two (in a waking up in the morning to find tanks in the streets sort of way), but either one of them would be bad enough to get me started checking road maps for the fastest route to Canada. You know, just in case a hasty retreat should suddenly prove necessary.

You’re asking who would be the least bad dictator? Look around and see how many theocracies don’t have tanks in the street. I don’t find any.

Besides, I wrote four variations of a story. so I’m allowed a few moments off.

Giuliani scares me more, and that is saying something. Huckabee might attack food/obesity/dietary issues and might deal with health care, which would be a consolation, since they both scare me.
