The reason Rush Limbaugh didnt really have a heart attack is because he has no heart, no soul, either. He sold it to the Devil for all the ill-gotten gain he makes off of racism, hatemongering and fearmongering. He is a sick man, but it isnt heart disease.

You cant watch the images on CNN and not wish to help the victims of the earthquake in Haiti. Americans, for the most part, are basically generous and caring. If I were in better shape, I would volunteer as an R.N. there. Vaccinations are going to be needed in huge numbers. That is what Limpballs needs to do: Volunteer with a relief organization.

I hope when Limpballs gets to hell, he finds that his roommate is Pat Robberson.

Feel the negative energy of gloating? That is Limbaugh, Hannity, O’Reilly, and all the other scum braying and bleating over Bare Butt Brown’s win in Massachusetts. How have the American people sunk so low?! Not that Coakley was a good candidate, she wasnt. Why the Dems picked her in Mass. I will never know. But, Brown found and touched the populist rage that is boiling in this country. As usual, The Dems got in power, then got out-of-touch. I have these two rules that will predict what the majority (not all) but the majority will do: 1) People will do or want what is in their best interests. 2) People will take the path of least resistance, whenever possible. (Ergo, no third party-too much trouble, too much risk.)
People are out of jobs, losing their homes, declaring bankruptcy, in debt up to their ears, or afraid they will end up in one of those situations. The economy is great for the Fat Cat Wall Street Poobahs. It isnt looking that good for the average citizen. The main reason Obama got elected was anger with the Bush Adm. over the economy. If you mess with people’s pocketbooks, they get angry. Instead, Obama brings in Wall Street insiders to fix the problem they made. He scolds the banks and Wall Street about their excesses, their bonuses, their profligate ways, but moves slowly or not at all to stop them. In the meantime, he keeps on spending billions in Iraq and Afghanistan; and refuses to stop. In the meantime, schools are closing, classes are being dropped, teachers are being laid off, and fees are rising. Inf the meantime, if your kids go to college, their tuition is skyrocketing, and student loan debt is,too. How will they pay it off working at Taco Bell? Health care is supposed to be reformed, but Obama is backing the Senate version, which is a sorry mix of mess. It does NOTHING to control healthcare costs, which are eating up the Middle Class; and it postpones many reforms until 2014, such as they are. The Insurance Companies are singing a Hallelujah Chorus over it. Obama promises open government but wont release memoes, punish CIA torturers, keeps rendition, and other obnoxious policies from the Bush years.
He shows callous indifference to endangered species, promotes offshore drilling, and drilling in the Alaska wilderness areas for Big Oil. His administration is full of former corporate lobbyists. He and his crowd think most people are deaf and blind. But, overall, he has not produced much change, that anyone can see. He hasnt produced the kind of change that puts people back to work. He refused to listen to Paul Krugman. He spent Christmas in Hawaii while the rest of us battled snow, ice and a terrorist. (True, he was an incompetent terrorist, but a terrorist just the same.) A wake-up call has been sent out from Massachusetts. A fake populist has fooled the people, because he related to them. In 2012, Sarah Palin could do the same. Obama has 3 more years to mend his fences. If he doesnt take the wake-up call, he will doom this country to certain destruction. Playing with the Big Boys is not cutting it with the Little Guys.

Steve, you need to send a few of our comments to Obama and tell the White House you are trying to help them get in touch with the real people. Alwayshope and I write to him, but the interns evidently ignore the messages. I wonder if a group of comments, cleverly labeled, would catch anyone’s attention. Presidents get so surrounded by flunkies, sycophants and Beltway insiders that they forget their promises and their common sense.

I finally got a letter/email from the White House. It was a full-fledged vindication of the escalation in Afghanistan. It was full of more holes than a pound of Swiss Cheese. Whatever, the country has been going to Hell in a handbasket for a long time. Wall Street is selling ARMS again. The next big economic tsunami is coming, coming, coming. I am so glad we own our home lock, stock, and barrel. At least, my kids will have a place to live, if all Hell breaks loose.
